S3TW is committed to cross-disciplinary exchanges as we understand that services in the current era not only have to solve lone problems, but also have to facilitate collaboration between people from different disciplines to spark innovation. We launched our Service Innovation Seminar series in 2012. These seminars were themed around different industries and industrial experts were invited to attend. Our past seminars were themed around the healthcare, culture, hotel, and tourism industries. We invited personnel from Regent Hotel, National Cheng Kung University, III ARC Department, Richmond Tours, Huashan 1914 Creative Park, and National Palace Museum to share their experiences and observations. These seminars attracted participants from many different fields. We believe that continuous establishment of platforms for exchanges and interactions allows us to realize more possibilities and opportunities.
