Development Axis
Starting in 2012, S3TW regularly sent representatives to participate in international seminars hosted by SDN (Service Design Network) to maintain interactions with SDN and lay a solid foundation for service design knowledge and social network development. In 2014, we collaborated with SDN to host service design activities. We hoped to join SDN to expand awareness of Taiwan within the international service design field. In 2019, SDN vice chairman and Touchpoint editor Jesse Grimes visited Taiwan and participated in a tea party with S3TW committee members. Both parties exchanged opinions relating to service design in Taiwan and Europe and emphasized closer exchanges and collaborations in future.
