“Service Design Gourmet” was an exchange platform developed by S3TW as part of our focus on service design development in Taiwan. Our workshops guided participants through our 4D service design process (Discover, Define, Develop, and Deliver), allowing participants to work through real problems and ponder the feasibility of generating value through service design.
Service Design Gourmet gives all participants an opportunity to discuss service design issues and generate innovations through exchange of different ideas. The theme of our first non-forum event in 2014 was “Starting Change from Service Design,” setting a milestone which connected Taiwan service design concepts with international trends. This activity was the first time that Service Design Gourmet collaborated with SDN. We also invited SDN President , Prof. Birgit Mager to participate in this event.
