In 2018, S3TW took stock of service design teaching materials accumulated in the past to develop a service design teaching roadmap for teacher reference.
This research was based on the double-diamond framework proposed by the Design Council, integrating many years of teaching experience and self-developed teaching tools. We identified 30 design methodologies and practical tools applicable for the 4D (Discover, Define, Develop, and Deliver) stages of service design, then further explained the prior preparations, usage, and teaching methods for each tool to provide an important reference map for relevant courses.
