S3TW commenced prospective research on SMART SERVICES in 2018 to provide a definition for smart technology and analyze research trends and use cases in immersive technology, artificial intelligence, robotics, Internet of Things, and block chain. We used this research as a basis for integrating “smart technology” and “service blueprints,” then utilized technology to identify opportunities for service innovations within enterprises and build intelligent service processes with human-machine collaborations and virtual-reality integrations, thus enhancing service quality and optimizing service experiences.
