I just want to share this incrdible journey. Thanks to Proessor Cindy Yunhsin Chou , Service Science Society of Taiwan (S3TW) and China Airlines for this wonderful opportunity.

Never thought that joining Innoconnect+ 2024, hosted by S3TW, might heal my inner-child, it really feels like a dream come true. As a very young child, I dreamed about being an astronaut, as the time went by, and as a little girl I admired flight attendants, finding them elegant and inspiring. Though my dream of becoming one faded when I realized I didn’t meet the height requirements 🫣🫣 , my fascination with the airline industry never did.

So, during my bachelor’s studies in Public Relations, I became deeply interested in how airlines manage branding, crisis communication, and customer experience, because unlike physical products, airline services must be perfect from start to finish.

When my team passed the first elimination round and had the chance to visit China Airlines for a company tour, I was over the moon 🥰. Returning for a second visit today, I feel incredibly grateful—not just for the opportunity, but for the recognition of our ideas and efforts.

I hope this is just the beginning of my journey with China Airlines. One day, I won’t need a visitor pass, I’m gonna held my head high, entering the building as part of the team (finger crossed 🤞🏻🤞🏻) ✈️
